Procedure:

• Splunk users or interested parties from all levels (from user to architect) book a block of time in advance to discuss their personal questions and problems
• time blocks vary in length depending on complexity (e.g. choose from 15, 30 minutes or 1 hour)
• for this purpose, the participants briefly describe their concerns so that the consultant can prepare himself, if necessary
• in the booked block of time, the topic is discussed and, if necessary, possible solutions are already proposed
• if an immediate solution is not possible, participant and consultant agree on appropriate follow-up measures
